Choosing your size, tube and print option

Choose three things: size, tube thickness and print option.

Size: 2.4m L x 1m W x 2.3m H, or 6m L x 1m W x 3m H.
Tube: 32mm or 43mm aluminium tubing on the 2.4m arch. The 6m arch is built on 43mm tubing only.
Single side graphic printed: your design printed on one face of the fabric.
Double side graphics printed: artwork printed on both faces, so your branding shows from either side.
No fabric (frame only): the aluminium frame without a graphic.
Replacement print only (no frame): a new printed fabric for a frame you already own.

If you are buying for the first time, choose a framed option. If you already have a matching frame and are refreshing your branding, a replacement print is all you need. If you are unsure which tube or print option suits your event, our team can talk it through before you order.

Dimensions and edge-to-edge fabric print

Before you order, check the arch against your venue. The compact model measures 2.4m long, 1m wide and 2.3m high. It suits shell-scheme stands, shop floors and smaller function rooms. The larger model measures 6m long, 1m wide and 3m high. It makes a statement in exhibition halls, atriums and outdoor event spaces with generous headroom and floor space.

The graphic is dye-sublimation printed. Ink is fused into the fabric rather than sitting on the surface, giving rich colour and crisp detail across the whole sleeve. The fabric is shaped to the square profile, so it pulls taut over the frame for a smooth, clean finish that looks good in person and in photographs.

PVC-free fabric options, such as 600D eco polyester, are available if sustainability matters to your brand or venue.

The proof step lets you check layout, wording and positioning on the square arch shape before anything is produced. That removes much of the worry about artwork sizing.

If a print error is our fault, we reprint it free of charge. Unused frames and accessories can be returned within 7 days. With an event date in mind, contact us early to confirm timings for your order.

What is the difference between the 32mm and 43mm tube on a display arch? +

The difference is the diameter of the aluminium tubing: 32mm is the slimmer profile and 43mm is the thicker one. On the 2.4m square arch, you can choose either tube. The larger 6m arch is only offered with 43mm tubing. Choose to suit your event and how often you will transport the frame, and ask our team if you would like guidance.

How tall is the square tension fabric arch, and will it fit my venue? +

The 2.4m arch stands 2.3m high and the 6m arch stands 3m high. Both are 1m wide front to back. Check your ceiling height, any overhead fittings and the floor space on your stand or in your room before choosing a size. The 2.4m model suits tighter spaces, while the 6m model needs a larger hall or open area.

Should I choose single or double-sided graphics for an exhibition arch? +

Choose double-sided graphics if visitors will see the arch from both sides, such as when it is used as a walk-through entrance or a centrepiece. Single-sided printing works well when one face is turned towards a wall or out of the main sightline. Both options are dye-sublimation printed, and you will see a free proof before anything is printed.

Can I buy just a new print for my existing square display arch frame? +
