Choosing the right printing and frame option

Every width is available in five options, so you only pay for what you need.

  • Single side printing with aluminium frame: a complete display with your artwork on the front. This suits stands placed against a wall or shell scheme.
  • Double side printing with aluminium frame: a complete display printed on both faces. This suits freestanding layouts where visitors can see the back.
  • Replacement print only (no frame), single or double sided: a new fabric graphic for a frame you already own.
  • No fabric (frame only): the aluminium frame without a printed graphic.

Sizes, stand footprints and seamless printing

All sizes stand 2.3m high and 0.3m deep. The figure in brackets is the frame grid in columns by rows.

Measure your stand space before choosing. On a 3m stand, the 3m width fills the back wall, while the 2.3m width leaves room at the sides for a counter or access. A 4.5m or 6m stand suits the wider models.

The graphic is printed as one continuous piece of fabric across the front, so your logo and imagery run edge to edge without panel joins.

From artwork to delivery

Send your artwork or a rough brief and our designers will create a free 2D design proof. Revisions are unlimited and you are under no obligation to buy.

Nothing is printed until you approve the proof. This lets you check layout, wording and colours against your brand before production starts.

Production begins within 24 business hours of your approval. If you are working towards a fixed event date, contact our team before ordering to confirm that the timeline fits.

Your graphic is printed using dye sublimation for rich colour. If a print error is our fault, we reprint it free of charge. Unused frames and accessories can be returned within 7 days.

Care, reuse and storage between shows

This fabric pop up stand is built to be used again and again. After the event, take the fabric off, collapse the aluminium frame and pack both into the carry bag for transport or storage.

  • Keep the frame and fabric clean and dry before packing them away.
  • Store the bag somewhere dry between events.
  • Follow the care guidance supplied with your order for cleaning the printed fabric.

When your branding, campaign or product line changes, you can order a replacement print for your existing frame instead of buying a whole new display. This keeps your exhibition kit current while reusing the hardware you already own.

They show the frame grid in columns by rows. Every size is three units high, which gives a height of 2.3m. The first number sets the width: 2*3 is 1.5m wide, 3*3 is 2.3m, 4*3 is 3m, 5*3 is 3.75m, 6*3 is 4.5m and 8*3 is 6m. All sizes are 0.3m deep.
Which size pop up banner stand fits a 3m exhibition stand? +
The 3m wide (4*3) model fills the back wall of a 3m stand. Choose the 2.3m wide (3*3) model if you want space at the sides for a counter, screen or walkway. Always check your exhibitor manual for the exact stand dimensions. Remember to allow for the 0.3m depth of the frame when planning the space in front of it.
Who prints banners that fit standard pop up stands? +
Backdropsource prints replacement fabric graphics sized to fit our own pop up frames. Choose the replacement print only option in the same width as your existing frame, either single or double sided. If your frame came from another supplier, contact our team with its exact measurements before ordering so we can confirm the fit.
Should I choose single or double side printing for a straight pop up display? +
Choose single side printing if the display will stand against a wall, shell scheme or partition where the back is hidden. Choose double side printing if it will be freestanding, used as a divider or seen from both directions, so visitors see your branding rather than a bare reverse. Both options are available in every width.
Is a fabric pop up stand better than a roller banner for a trade show? +
A fabric pop up stand is the better choice when you need a full backdrop rather than a single sign. It creates a continuous printed wall up to 6m wide and 2.3m high behind your stand. Roller banners are narrower, freestanding signs. Many exhibitors use a pop up wall as the backdrop and add roller banners at the front of the stand.
What is included with the frame only option? +
