Single side graphic printed / Replacement print only (no frame): a new printed graphic for a frame you already own. Choose this for a rebrand, a new campaign or to replace a worn cover.
No fabric (frame only) / With aluminium frame: the aluminium frame without a printed graphic. Choose this if you are sourcing the cover separately or adding a spare frame.

All printed options are single-sided. Your design appears on the front face, so place the counter with the printed side towards your visitors.

Check the proof carefully. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Production starts within 24 business hours of your approval.
Your counter is dispatched ready to assemble without tools.

If you have a fixed event date, tell the team when you request your proof so they can confirm timings with you before you approve. If a print error happens at our end, the graphic is reprinted free of charge.

Care, reuse and storage

The counter is built to be used again and again. Between events, take the fabric graphic off the frame and pack the frame and graphic into the carry bag. This keeps them together and protected in the boot of a car or in storage.

Store the graphic clean and completely dry, in a cool place away from damp. Before an event, unpack it early so any creases from transport have time to relax once the fabric is back on the frame.

When your branding changes, there is no need to replace the whole counter. Order the Replacement print only (no frame) option and fit the new graphic to your existing aluminium frame. Unused frames and accessories can be returned within 7 days.
