Heavy-Duty Polyester & Oxford Fabric Printing delivers fully custom-sized printed fabric panels across a range of durable material variants, including Oxford, polyester, tarpaulin, and linen options. Produced using dye sublimation CMYK printing with eco-solvent, PVC-free ink, each panel is cut and hemmed to your exact dimensions — from as small as 1ft × 1ft up to 10m × 10m. Suitable for trade show backdrops, event displays, retail environments, and exhibition stands, this product offers a versatile and professional fabric printing solution for a wide range of commercial applications.

Shipping & Installation
- Domestic Shipping: Free delivery is included with every order. Production takes approximately 48 hours, with delivery across the UK within 5–7 working days. The fabric panel is folded and shipped in the included soft carry bag.
- International Shipping: International shipping is available and includes customs-ready support.
- Pickup Services: Pickup is not available. All orders are fulfilled through shipping only.
- Installation: Optional professional setup is available on request and should be arranged in advance of the event date. For self-installation, the ordering process follows four steps: choose your product, upload your design, review your proof, and approve for print and delivery.

- Printed Fabric: A single fabric panel printed using dye sublimation CMYK technology and cut and hemmed to your specified custom size, available in a choice of material variants including 210D Oxford, 450D Oxford, 600D PU Polyester, 600D Tarpaulin, 800D Polyester Linen, and unprinted Black or White 600D PU Polyester options.
- Soft Carry Bag: A soft carry bag is included with every order, providing a convenient and protective means of transporting and storing the printed fabric panel between events.
- Application-Specific Finish: A finish appropriate to the intended application is included per the customer's selection at the time of ordering, ensuring the panel is ready for its designated use upon delivery.
- Steel or Aluminium Frame: An optional frame — available in either steel or aluminium — can be configured via the product calculator, providing a structural support solution for displaying the printed fabric panel.
- Reinforced Edge Stitching: An optional add-on that provides additional structural integrity along the edges of the fabric panel, extending its durability through repeated use and handling.
- Bound Elastic Hem: An optional add-on designed specifically for stretch cover applications, allowing the fabric to fit securely and smoothly over compatible frame structures.
- SEG Silicone Edge Strip: An optional add-on suited to backlit display variants, enabling the fabric panel to be inserted into a silicone edge graphic (SEG) frame system for a clean, tensioned finish.
- Pole Pockets: An optional finishing detail available at the top, bottom, or both edges of the panel; pole pockets measure 3 inches in diameter and are sewn using thread matched to the fabric colour.
- Eyelets: Optional metal eyelets with a 14mm silver inner diameter, placed by default every 2 feet along the top and bottom edges of the panel to facilitate hanging and installation.
- Velcro: Optional Velcro attachment measuring 3 inches in width, with the soft side stitched to the reverse of the fabric panel by default, enabling straightforward attachment to compatible hook-side surfaces.

Artwork can be submitted via WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, email, or directly through the Upload Artwork button on this page. If you do not have artwork ready, our in-house creative team is available to assist with design before your order is placed — simply get in touch to discuss your requirements.
