Every banner is produced with dye-sublimation printing. The ink becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on the surface, which gives vivid colour, sharp detail and a smooth matte look that photographs well.

Your proof shows the full layout from edge to edge, so you can check that logos, text and images sit where you want them. For large banners, ask our team to confirm on your proof how the design will be produced across the full width.

TrueKolor fabrics are designed to resist creasing, which makes them easier to pack, transport and set up again than many standard fabrics. They are made to be reused across several events.

Make sure the banner is completely dry before you pack it away, especially after outdoor use.
Store it loosely rolled or folded in a cool, dry place, away from sharp objects.
Keep it in a bag or box between events to protect it from dust and marks.

When your branding changes, you do not have to start from scratch. You can order a replacement graphic for a frame you already own, which keeps your display current and makes the most of your existing hardware.

It is designed to resist creasing rather than being completely crease-proof. TrueKolor fabrics relax more readily than many standard fabrics after being folded for transport, so any light fold marks from packaging are less likely to stay. Allow time to unpack and hang the banner before your event so it can settle and look its best.

Which fabric should I choose if my venue requires flame-retardant materials? +

Choose the TrueKolor 300D Flame-Retardant Fabric (185 GSM), as it is the option intended for venues with fire-safety requirements. Check your venue's exact rules before you order, and contact our team if you need information about the fabric to pass on to the organiser.

What is the difference between 260 GSM and 185 GSM banner fabric? +

GSM means grams per square metre, so the 260 GSM fabric is heavier and denser than the 185 GSM 300D fabric. The 260 GSM option has a more substantial, premium feel for indoor backdrops. The 185 GSM option is lighter and easier to handle, which suits banners that are set up and packed away often.

Does recycled RPET fabric print as well as standard polyester? +

Yes, the 300D Recycled RPET Fabric (180 GSM) is printed with the same dye-sublimation process as our other TrueKolor fabrics. Your free design proof lets you review the layout and colours before anything goes to print, so you can choose the recycled option with confidence.

Can I use a fabric banner outdoors? +

Yes, choose the 300D Waterproof Performance Fabric (190 GSM) for outdoor events or anywhere it might get wet. It is the option built for damp conditions. After an outdoor event, let the banner dry fully before you pack it away so it stays fresh for next time.

Which fabric banner printing option is best for photography backdrops? +

Either wrinkle-resistant fabric works well for photo shoots, because dye-sublimation gives a smooth matte finish and the fabric resists creasing. Choose the 260 GSM fabric for a denser, more substantial backdrop, or the 185 GSM 300D fabric if you will move and rehang it often between shoots.
