Choosing the right option

Every option uses the same 3m W x 2.3m H size, so you only need to decide on print and hardware.

  • Single side graphic printed, with aluminium frame: a complete pod with your design printed on one face of the fabric.
  • Double side graphics printed, with aluminium frame: a complete pod with artwork on both faces, so visitors see your branding outside and your guests see it inside.
  • Single side graphic printed, replacement print only (no frame): a new one-sided fabric graphic for a pod frame you already own.
  • Double side graphics printed, replacement print only (no frame): a new two-sided fabric graphic for an existing frame.
  • No fabric (frame only), with aluminium frame: the aluminium structure on its own, ready for graphics supplied separately.

Size and print quality

The pod stands 3m wide and 2.3m high. Check this against your stand allocation and any height limits set by your venue before ordering, and allow space around the structure for guests to move in and out comfortably.

Graphics are produced with dye-sublimation printing, which bonds the ink into the fabric rather than leaving it sitting on the surface. Colours stay rich, logos stay crisp and the fabric can be folded for transport without cracking the print. Once stretched over the aluminium frame, the tension keeps the fabric smooth and wrinkle-free, giving a clean, finished look across the full width.

PVC-free fabric options are available, including 600D eco polyester, if sustainability matters to your brand or your event organiser.

From artwork to delivery

Getting your artwork right is the step most buyers worry about, so it is checked with you before anything is printed.

  • Receive a free 2D design proof showing how your graphics sit on the pod. Revisions are unlimited and there is no obligation to order.
  • Approve the proof. Nothing goes to print until you do.
  • Production starts within 24 business hours of your approval.

If a print error occurs on our side, the graphic is reprinted free of charge. If you are working to a fixed event date, get in touch before ordering so we can talk through timings and delivery to your address or venue.

Care, reuse and storage

The Meeting Pod is designed to be used again and again, which helps spread its value across many events rather than one.

  • Take the fabric off the frame and pack it loosely to avoid deep creases.
  • Keep the frame and graphic dry and clean between shows, using the carry bag supplied with complete pods.
  • Make sure the fabric is fully dry before packing it away.
