All three sizes share the same 2.1m length, so your choice comes down to width and how many tables you need to dress.

  • Small, 0.6m W x 2.1m H: a slim, centred band that leaves plenty of the cloth beneath visible either side
  • Medium, 0.76m W x 2.1m H: a balanced option with more room for a logo and tagline

Each width comes as a single unit, a set of 5 or a set of 10. A single suits one exhibition stand. A set of 5 covers a conference with several tables, while a set of 10 suits organisers equipping multiple stands or a busy calendar of events.

One Continuous Print Along the Full 2.1m

Every runner is printed as one unbroken piece of fabric, so there are no joins or seams cutting through your logo or brand colours. Dye-sublimation printing bonds the ink into the fibres rather than leaving it sitting on the surface, so the colour will not crack or peel when the fabric is handled.

The 2.1m measurement is the length that runs from the back of the table, over the top and down the front. Before ordering, measure the depth of your table top and the height from the top to the floor to see how much of the runner will hang at the front.

Position your logo on the front-hanging section, where it faces the aisle and stays visible even when products or literature sit on the table top.

Uploading Artwork and Approving Your Runner

Upload your logo or artwork when you order, or send what you have and ask our design team to lay it out for you. You will receive a free 2D design proof showing exactly how your runner will look, with unlimited revisions and no obligation to buy.

Nothing goes to print until you approve that proof, which gives you a final chance to check colours, spelling and logo placement. Production starts within 24 business hours of your approval.

If you are working to a fixed event date, confirm your delivery timing with our team before you approve so your runner arrives ready for the show. If a print error happens at our end, we reprint it free of charge.

Reusing and Storing Your Runner Between Shows

A well-kept runner can come back out for every trade show, conference and launch on your calendar, which spreads its value across many events.
