We've ordered from several suppliers — none come close to this level of quality and service. Will 100% reorder.

The free 2D design mockup sold us immediately. Exactly what we saw in the preview was what arrived at our door.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which display height suits my stand, 2.3m, 2.5m or 3.2m? +
Height is about how far away people first see you. A 2.3m display reads well when visitors approach from directly in front and the hall is small or the ceiling is low. A 2.5m display clears heads and furniture, so your message is not lost behind a counter. A 3.2m display carries down a long aisle in a big hall such as SEC Glasgow, but check the organiser's maximum build height first, and remember that a tall wall is seen from behind as well, so the reverse needs finishing or facing away from open ground.
Can I really mount a screen on a fabric display? +
Yes, because the bracket fixes to the aluminium frame rather than to the fabric. Two checks matter before the show. First, match your screen's weight and VESA hole pattern to the mount, and ask us if the specification is unclear rather than discovering the mismatch on site. Second, think about balance: a screen hung high pulls the whole structure forward, so weighted feet and a screen set nearer seated eye level are both safer and easier for visitors to watch.
Will the shelving and hanging rail options take real stock weight? +
They are designed for display quantities, not for storage. Load the heaviest items on the lower shelves and near the uprights, where the frame is stiffest, and keep the top shelf for light or empty packaging. The Inclined Apparel Wall and Inclined Display Wall with Shelves suit garments and light retail goods that customers pick up and put back. Build the display fully loaded once in the office before the show, so you find out then, rather than at the venue, that your product range is heavier than the frame likes.
Does the shape of the display really matter? +
More than most people expect. Straight and straight-corner walls give the largest uninterrupted graphic area and suit information-dense messaging. Curved and S-shaped walls catch hall lighting across their face, which softens shadows and photographs better, and they draw the eye into the stand rather than presenting a flat barrier. Inclined displays lean towards the aisle so the graphic is angled at approaching visitors, which works well when your stand is passed at speed rather than approached head-on.
Can one person set these up? +
For the shorter frames, comfortably. For the 3.2m version and the wider profiles, expect it to need two: one person keeps the frame square while the other works the fabric sleeve down over it. Assemble the frame completely and check every joint is fully seated before the graphic goes near it, because a half-locked pole under a tensioned sleeve is what bends tubes. Never force a section that will not slide; check for grit in the joint instead.
What is included in the delivery and how do I transport it afterwards? +
Displays arrive with the frame, printed graphic, feet and a carry bag or case, and UK delivery is free. Check the contents against the packing list when the box arrives rather than at the venue, where a missing foot becomes a crisis. Once packed, most of these systems travel in an estate car and are handled by one person, so you are not dependent on a courier for local shows. Anything missing or damaged, contact support@backdropsource.co.uk or +44 1628 904 188.
How do I keep the graphic looking clean over several shows? +
Exhibition halls are dusty and stands get brushed against all day. The fabric is washable, so a cool wash with mild detergent and no softener will lift most marks. Do not use gaffer tape on the printed face; the adhesive residue attracts dirt and is far harder to remove than the original mark. Store the graphic folded loosely in its own bag rather than crammed in with the frame, and it will come out of the case ready to use.
What should I think about when designing the graphic? +
The fabric wraps around the frame on most of these systems, so the sides of your artwork are pulled slightly out of view. Keep logos and text away from the extreme edges and let backgrounds run past the trim. Plan around the accessories too: if you are fitting a screen, shelves or a hanging rail, mark where they land and design the graphic so your headline is not sitting behind a monitor or a row of jackets. Free artwork assistance and free 2D mockups are included, so you can see the layout with the accessories in place before you print.
