    Warranty:

    This product comes with a standard 2-years warranty against Aluminum Frame for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
    The final decision of replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.

    Impressive turnaround and the quality when we opened the packages was really good. Sadly what let them down was their delivery, I had to pay £40 for express delivery and then they delivered it to the wrong address - the customer service was pretty shocking. Shame as this would actually put me off referring them to others as post sale service is as if not more important than pre sale.
